I bought my ranch in Norco, CA, Frodsham Farm, in 1983. It was just empty land, with a small
house. I worked hard to design my barn and arenas to maximize the available space that I had. I used the years of mentoring that I was fortunate enough to recieve from many talented equestrain professionals to design both the physical requirements of my ranch, plus a business plan. By 1983,
I had experience in many different breed shows, but I decided to focus on my first love The American Quarter Horse.
During the past two decades, my students and I have won numerious year-end awards in The Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Association and Valley Quarter Horse Association. My students have placed in the top ten in various events at the AQHA WORLD SHOW and youth championships and THE CONGRESS. I have also won in several open divisions at both the AQHA WORLD SHOW and at THE CONGRESS.
I am constantly striving to improve our program here at Frodsham Farm, working to find better
methods of instruction for both horse and rider. My love of instructing and working with horse/rider combinations have made my career both wonderful and rewarding. We have a strong program to get the beginning show rider off to a good start taking advantage of many local open shows for our students. We balance these activities with a strong commitment to attending Quarter Horse Shows.
